OUR CLEAN WAVE TEAM
No venture becomes successful, regardless of the quality of the product or service, without a dedicated and talented team that works together toward a common goal. CWT’s founders bring vast entrepreneurial experience and have worked effectively together at various times dating back more than 25 years. With proven technical capability and creativity with respect to solving problems, accessing markets, and finding ways to take advantage of market opportunities, the core team brings more than 90 years of entrepreneurial experience. While understanding what the team does well is important, it is equally important to understand where it falls short in terms of specific experience or deep industry knowledge. As such Clean Wave intends to add additional executive and field management talent in 2019. Below you will find brief profiles of Clean Wave's core team.
TIM HEFFERNAN, MS
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY AND OPERATIONS OFFICER
Tim is an environmental scientist but has functioned in an engineering role for the past decade. He is creative, highly productive and a career-long entrepreneur, having started and operated an environmental consulting firm, managed the environmental services of an environmental engineering firm and helped to found another green technology firm which remains in operation in Colorado.
He is responsible for the existence of Clean Wave’s existing technologies as well as additional synergistic technologies that are in the developmental pipeline. He is also a voracious producer of documents including white papers, business plans, and technical models. He has a strong network of technical contacts that provide a resource for solving technical challenges.
CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
A career-long entrepreneur, having been involved in several startups, including one that earned him recognition as the Entrepreneur of the Year in Indiana and another that resulted in the construction and operation of one of the countries most efficient corn ethanol plants. Troy’s background is primarily in business development, sales and marketing. But he has a science background as well. He has dedicated the past five years to generating and maintaining commercial interest in the CWT technology suite. From these efforts, the commercial interest in the capabilities of the technologies have been well established in the dairy industry and Clean Wave is poised for dramatic growth.
MIKE GALLOWAY, JD, MBA
CHIEF FINANCIAL AND LEGAL OFFICER
With a law degree, Masters in Business Administration focused on finance, and a vast entrepreneurial background, Mike provides sound financial and business management to Clean Wave. Mr. Galloway has known Mr. Heffernan and Mr. Flowers for nearly twenty five years and is very familiar with their track records and accomplishments. He has been involved with some of their previous employers or entrepreneurial endeavours. When he was asked to assist with the creation of Clean Wave Technologies, he was not hesitant to become involved.
CHIEF LOGISTICS AND FIELD OPERATIONS OFFICER
Robin is a Nuclear Engineer by education with extensive experience in a variety of technical and service fields. With an analytical mind, she is strongly process and detail oriented. She served the people of North Carolina for more than 20 years as a regulator of natural and man-made sources of radiation. During that time she filled a variety of roles ranging from auditor to management. She functions well independently; however, she is equally happy working with a team that offers complementary skill sets. She is a natural problem solver with excellent customer service skills. In addition, Robin is already familiar with Clean Wave’s core management team.
